返品・交換ポリシー

当サイト（以下「当ショップ」といいます）でご購入いただいた商品につきましては、以下の内容に基づき、返品・交換対応をさせていただきます。

1. 商品不良・誤配送の場合

商品到着後7日以内に、下記お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡ください。初期不良（縫製不良、破損、汚損等）、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合、送料当社負担にて返品・交換を承ります。

※未使用・未着用（試着のみ可）、商品タグが切り離されていない状態に限ります。
※在庫状況により交換品をご用意できない場合は、ご返金対応とさせていただきます。

2. お客様都合による返品・交換

原則として以下のようなお客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

  • サイズ違い・イメージ違いなどの理由

  • 注文間違い

  • セール・アウトレット品などの特別価格商品

ただし、未使用・未開封かつ商品到着後7日以内にご連絡をいただいた場合に限り、特例として返品対応を行う場合がございます。その際の送料および返金に伴う各種手数料はお客様ご負担となります。

※特例対応の可否については、当ショップの判断により決定いたします。

3. 以下に該当する場合は返品・交換をお受けできません

  • 商品到着後8日以上が経過した商品

  • 使用済み、または洗濯・クリーニングされた商品

  • タグ・ラベル等が切り離されている商品

  • お客様の責任により汚損・破損が生じた商品

  • 香水・タバコ・化粧品等のニオイが付着した商品

  • 下着、水着、ピアスなどの衛生商品

4. キャンセルについて

ご注文確定後のキャンセル・変更は、原則として承っておりません。
万が一、発送前のタイミングであれば、例外的に対応可能な場合もございますので、お早めにご連絡ください。

5. 返金について

返品商品が当ショップに到着・確認された後、7営業日以内にご返金いたします。
返金方法はご注文時の決済手段、または別途ご指定の口座へのお振込みとなります。
※振込手数料等はお客様のご負担となります。

6. クーリングオフについて

通信販売にはクーリングオフ制度は適用されません。予めご了承ください。

返品・交換をご希望の際は、必ず事前にご連絡ください。無断で返送された商品は受け取りをお断りする場合がございます。

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns and exchanges for items purchased on our website, under the following terms and conditions, in accordance with Japanese law.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item is defective (e.g., manufacturing faults, damages, stains) or incorrect, we will cover the shipping cost for return and replacement.

Items must be unused, unworn (try-on only), and have all original tags attached.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

2. Returns or Exchanges for Customer Convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preferences such as:

  • Wrong size, color, or product image

  • Order mistakes

  • Items on sale or outlet items

However, we may accept returns in special cases if the item is unused, unopened, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any refund-related fees.

Approval of special case returns is at our discretion.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items returned more than 8 days after delivery

  • Items that have been used, washed, or cleaned

  • Items with tags removed

  • Items damaged or soiled by the customer

  • Items with odor (perfume, tobacco, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings for hygiene reasons

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation.
However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we may accept a cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method or to a bank account specified by the customer.

Refund-related fees, such as bank transfer charges, are borne by the customer.

6. Cooling-Off Rule

Please note that Japan’s cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales such as online shopping.
